Zullatec Uptime 365
Zullatec is a technology company whose vision is to be "The Leading Vendor of Business Critical Failover Products to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises".
The company started with a concept for a product that would automatically fix business critical IT problems experienced by many small to medium businesses - failures and problems with websites and email systems causing disruption to their business. After undertaking a detailed global search on existing Intellectual Property, Zullatec specified the architecture for a product that includes a unique patent-pending technology.
Rather than build the product using an internal team, Zullatec chose to work with an outsourced software build partner. Zullatec undertook a formal 2 stage tendering process - the 2 stages evaluated the technical and project management competencies of the prospective suppliers.

The resulting product suite, called Uptime365, is now available for sale through ADS Inbay as a principal reseller. This solution provides 24x7 monitoring and automatic failover healing for email systems (whether hosted or using internal company servers) and brochureware websites. Uptime365 ensures that business critical systems continue to work unaffected and without disruption under disaster scenarios.
